On Thursday, August 31, I initiated a transfer of 1,495.2€ from my Expatrio account to my bank account in Turkey. TransferGo stated that the funds would arrive within 2–3 days, but even after several days, the money has not been credited to my account. What makes this worse is the lack of proper updates or communication from TransferGo throughout the process.
I contacted TransferGo customer support, but the replies were extremely delayed—I was only able to receive one vague response the entire day, which did not provide any clear explanation of where my money is or why it has not been delivered. I have checked the application multiple times, but the transfer status remains unclear, and there is no transparency regarding the delay.
I trusted TransferGo because of its promise of fast and reliable international transfers, but this experience has left me frustrated, anxious, and financially inconvenienced. Customers deserve timely updates and accountability, especially when significant amounts of money are involved.
I demand that TransferGo either complete my transfer immediately or refund my 1,495.2€ without further delay. Leaving customers waiting without answers is unacceptable.
