İş Bank Swift Transfer To Berliner Sparkasse Stuck Not Received

On October 27, 2025, I made a SWIFT transfer of €3,000 from the İş Bank mobile app to Berliner Sparkasse in Germany (Reference No: 3401rı500943). However, even after two weeks, the money has not reached the recipient bank and remains stuck with the correspondent bank. To resolve the issue, I first contacted customer service by phone and later visited the branch in person. I was told that the transfer would be completed over the weekend and that I should wait, but despite two weeks passing, the transfer is still not finalized. This was my first time making such a transaction, and it was made as part of a contractual payment. I request that the transfer be expedited immediately and that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
