On November 14, 2024, I initiated a money transfer in Turkish Lira (TRY) through TransferGo. Despite several days passing and repeated emails to customer service, my transfer remains unresolved. Neither has my money been refunded nor has the transfer been completed.

I have not received any assurance that my funds are secure, and due to fluctuations in exchange rates, I’ve incurred significant financial losses. While my first transfer was seamless, this second transaction has caused undue financial and emotional stress.
I request either:
• A refund of my funds in TRY, or
• Completion of the transaction and deposit in Euros into my account immediately.
TransferGo must value customer satisfaction and resolve this matter promptly. If the issue is prolonged further, I will pursue legal action. For others, I strongly advise paying extra and using SWIFT or other reliable methods. I am highly dissatisfied with this experience.
