I attempted a money transfer through TransferGo, but the transaction has not been completed. When I called both the Turkey and Germany contact numbers, the same person answered and assured me they would handle the issue immediately. However, it’s now been over a week, and there’s still no progress or resolution.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I trusted TransferGo to handle my transfer securely and efficiently, but their lack of action and communication is unacceptable. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible, and I expect my transfer to be processed without further delays.
