Akbank Has Held My Mistakenly Sent ₺ Transfer in Their Pool for Over a Month
On October 7, 2024, I accidentally transferred ₺ to a $ account at Akbank from my bank. Unfortunately, the funds have not been delivered to the intended recipient and have been stuck in Akbank’s account for more than a month now. I have exhausted all avenues to resolve this issue, reaching out to customer support repeatedly and providing a thorough explanation, yet Akbank has not refunded my money. This delay has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel overlooked and lacking support despite my ongoing attempts to resolve this issue. I anticipated a quick resolution, but now I find myself in uncertainty, not knowing when or if I will receive my refund. Akbank, I urge you to address this issue promptly and ensure my funds are returned.
