It's quite frustrating to be without service for such a long time. I don't understand how a large company like yours can be so unresponsive. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible, as I don’t want to face any more inconvenience. I rely on the Internet for both work and daily needs, and this disruption is causing major problems.
