I am using TP-Link Wi-Fi at home, and I haven’t had internet for 5 days now. I’ve been trying to reach customer service for days, but no one is answering the phones. It's quite frustrating to be without service for such a long time. I don't understand how a large company like yours can be so unresponsive. I want this issue resolved as soon as possible, as I don’t want to face any more inconvenience. I rely on the Internet for both work and daily needs, and this disruption is causing major problems. I request that you address this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
