Brand New SteelSeries Rival 600 Keeps Disconnecting

I have been using the SteelSeries Rival 600 mouse since June 2025. I purchased the product from Amazon and I still have the invoice. However, for some time now, the mouse connection has been randomly disconnecting. This issue does not occur at any specific time or under any particular condition, and I can never predict when it will happen. This makes it impossible to use the device efficiently.

I submitted two support tickets through SteelSeries’ official website, but my issue has not been resolved and I did not receive any satisfactory response. My product is still under warranty, and I have the invoice available.

For this reason, I request a replacement for my device or a full refund. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
