Toyota Sold Me a Proace City Without Informing About Spare Tire
On June 17, 2025, I bought a Toyota Proace City, only to find out later that it didn't include a spare tire. Upon reaching out to the company for clarification, I was informed that Toyota does not provide a spare tire with these vehicles. This was not communicated to me at any point during the purchase process—neither in the documentation nor face-to-face. Had I been aware of this detail earlier, I would have definitely thought twice about purchasing this model. It’s difficult to grasp how a crucial safety feature could be left out without any advance notice or explanation. I felt unprepared and anxious, realizing I could encounter a roadside emergency without adequate support. I was hoping for greater clarity throughout the sales process.

On 17.06.2025, I bought a Toyota Proace City vehicle. There was no spare tire included in the vehicle. When I called the company about this issue, I was told that the Toyota brand does not provide spare tires in their vehicles.
I was also not informed or told that there was no spare tire in the vehicle. If I had known this, I would not have bought this vehicle. They took the payment for the vehicle from me 8 days in advance. They said they would deliver the vehicle on Friday, but they delivered it on Tuesday.
The place where I bought the vehicle is Tekirdağ Köşkdere company... I called, but the manager literally brushed me off. Let this be a warning to those who may go there.
