I've been waiting for about a month for a front windshield replacement. My vehicle is a Toyota Proace City, a collaborative production of 5 brands, and I believe it should have one of the most readily available parts. It's unusual for me to be kept waiting so long for a front windshield replacement, especially considering that the vehicle is from a big brand like Toyota. I've been waiting for nearly three weeks. Only when I call and persistently inquire do I get a response, telling me I need to wait another 15 days. Despite the problem needing to be resolved by now, I'm told the windshield will arrive on the 30th for my long trip planned on May 20th, and I can't cancel my travel plans. I've lost trust in Toyota due to the significant inconvenience, and I no longer recommend it to anyone.
