Toyota Proace City Cargo AdBlue & Parking Brake Issues

We purchased a Toyota Proace City Cargo in 2024 for our company, but it has already broken down twice on the road, displaying AdBlue and parking brake warnings. When we took it to the service center, they simply claimed it was a fuel-related issue, changed the engine oil under warranty, and handed the vehicle back—without a real solution.

We have always used Shell fuel for all our company vehicles, and none of our other cars have had any issues. So how is it that only the Toyota is experiencing fuel-related problems? This is extremely disappointing.

I no longer trust this vehicle and plan to sell it as soon as possible. Toyota, this is unacceptable! Your brand is known for reliability, yet this experience has been nothing but frustrating. Fix this issue properly!
