Toyota Proace City Flame X-Pack A/T Warranty Failure

I purchased a brand-new 2021 Toyota Proace City Flame X-Pack A/T from Toyota on November 26, 2021. Trusting Toyota, I opted for a 7-year warranty, even though I had only used vehicles other than a Corolla since 2008. As the warranty expired, I brought the vehicle in for the 15,000 km and 30,000 km services at 12,945 km and 21,600 km, respectively. The driver-side armrest became loose and started wobbling. When I took it to the service, I requested corrections, documented in the service form. The service technician informed me that there is a chronic issue with the mechanism breaking in these models, but my car only had displacement, not a breakage. The service, following Toyota's policy, directed me to private services for this repair. Many of us, like me, wonder why we bought a 7-year warranty if Toyota refuses to address issues like this one. Apparently, the 7-year warranty is only valid for body corrosion or manufacturing defects in the engine. The absurdity is apparent, and even the service acknowledges it, but Toyota Headquarters does not. It's disheartening to see Toyota not stand by such a simple issue, making thousands like me suffer. My free road assistance from Toyota has ended, and they're asking for around ₺5,000 for further coverage. Now, how can I trust this company and purchase road assistance? Anyone with common sense should not believe in the 7 or 10-year warranty stories; spend that money on your home and family. A company that doesn't support a minor issue like a loose armrest will surely fail us in case of a major breakdown. Unfortunately, Toyota is not the Toyota that used to take care of its customers. I have completely lost my trust in Toyota. Moreover, such repairs are not covered under the general headquarters' directive for warranty. Shame on Toyota, shame on Toyota, shame on Toyota, thousands of times over. Erase the image of Toyota which didn't bring diesel vehicles to Turkey until 2007 due to the low quality of diesel fuel in our country. Rebuild the Toyota image that stood for quality and reliability, not the one that turns its back on a loose armrest and wonders about handling engine and transmission failures.
"They don't even address issues related to the car they sold with a 7-year warranty."
