Toyota Corolla Cross Hydraulic Failure and Tow Truck Damage Leave Me Without a Car

On September 14, 2025, my newly purchased Toyota Corolla Cross experienced a hydraulic failure. I contacted Toyota Road Assistance, and they sent a tow truck. However, the tow truck ended up breaking the axle of my vehicle.
Since then, neither Toyota nor the towing company (Assist) has contacted me. I have not received an apology or any detailed explanation regarding the situation. This is highly disappointing and not fitting for the Toyota brand.
After much effort, I was provided with a replacement car, but only for 4 days. Tomorrow the replacement period ends, yet I still have no information on when my own car will be ready. To make matters worse, the insurance adjuster is scheduled to inspect the vehicle only tomorrow—9 days after the incident.
From tomorrow onward, I will once again be without a car. This has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. I demand that my grievance be addressed, that I be properly informed about the status of my vehicle, and that Toyota provide a fair solution instead of dismissing me with vague promises.
