Toyota Dealerships' Disability Discount Dilemma
When my family and I went to Toyota dealerships to buy a car with a disability discount, they claimed there were no vehicles available. Yet, when we inquired about the brand-new cars displayed outside, suddenly they were all sold. It's like magic – as soon as we mentioned that we didn't need the disability discount, suddenly a car appeared. It's disappointing. Toyota's slogan should be "There are obstacles because there's no Toyota," instead of "There's no obstacle, there's Toyota." I wonder if the CEO in Japan knows about this practice in Turkey. It's not just about selling cars; it's about respecting customers and their needs, regardless of whether they qualify for a discount or not.
