I went to Ankara Efe Toyota Plaza to buy a car because disabled people don't have to pay sales tax. They set up an appointment for the first week of April and told me that the car would be delivered either before or after Ramadan Bayram. But when I went to the meeting, a salesperson named Yusuf told me that cars were only sold through trade-ins and not directly. I don't have a car to trade in, so I sold my jewelry and used credit to come up with the amount the government said I needed.
