Toyota Dealer Is Trying To Forcibly Sell Accessories

Since October 2nd, I've been in pursuit of a Toyota Corolla, attracted by the enticing ₺180,000 discount promotion. Being in Batman, where there's no local dealership, I reached out to Diyarbakir Kardelen dealership and found the desired model. However, during the purchase process, they pressured me into adding accessories, inflating the price to ₺775,000 instead of the expected ₺557,000, considering my 97% disability. Despite my refusal, they insisted, citing accessory sales targets they had to meet. When I requested a breakdown of accessory prices, they declined, citing a lengthy calculation process. Consequently, I had to pay an extra ₺218,000, straining my budget and leaving me without the car. Despite filing a complaint and contacting customer service, the only available option was at Diyarbakır Kardelen. My complaint, sent via email to Toyota on October 12, 2023, remains unresolved. After three months of fruitless searching, I urge prompt resolution before the advertised offers expire, allowing me to secure a car.
