Car Still Broken After 7 Months! Toyota Repair Fiasco
In July 2023, I had an accident. It took 110 days for my car to be repaired and delivered. However, one part was missing, creating an unsightly appearance. As of February 21, 2024, 195 days have passed, yet the part still hasn't been procured. I see that Toyota Turkey fails to provide a solution. I can only get information that the part, unavailable anywhere in the world, will be in production in April for my 7-year-old car. I'm disappointed and my trust in Toyota has been shaken. I advise people around me not to buy Toyota vehicles and not to consider this brand. I also plan to sell my car at a reasonable price and to stay away from this brand as a Toyota user of 30 years. Because I experienced an accident for the first time and saw that Toyota fell short in an unusual situation. I realize that years of loyalty have been in vain.
