Toyota Delayed My Car Repairs for Months and Did Not Provide a Replacement
I have encountered serious problems with the service centres of Toyota Türkiye. I was informed that the repairs on my damaged car would take about a month to complete. It's been three months, and my car is still not ready. The prolonged repair time has led to significant inconvenience, and not having a replacement vehicle during this time has further compounded the challenges. It is disappointing for a well-known brand like Toyota, which also produces in Turkey, to experience spare part shortages that adversely affect its customers. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this issue, the timely delivery of my car, and the implementation of measures to prevent similar problems in the future.
Since the process of obtaining parts for my vehicle is ongoing, Toyota provided me with a replacement vehicle on 12/03/2024 to alleviate the inconvenience of being without a car. I was told that the service would be provided until my own vehicle is delivered.
Thank you for resolving my issue, even if it was delayed. I hope they deliver my vehicle as soon as possible.
