Xena Fails to Provide Guidance on ACM Application Process

For the past month I have been trying to become an ACM with Xena, but I have not been able to get any proper guidance from their side. I visited in person and also approached different officials and several rooms, yet nobody clearly explained to me what I need to do or how the process works. Despite making multiple attempts and showing my interest, I still have no information about the steps, requirements or whom I should contact officially to become an ACM. This has left me confused and disappointed. I request that Xena clearly guide me about the ACM process, explain the exact steps I need to follow, and direct me to the responsible person or department so that I can complete my application properly.
