I took my car to Toyota Otojen service in Konya, but they didn't have the necessary tools to repair the engine system. I was shocked and devastated to learn that Toyota was unable to provide the parts in Turkey. As the world's best-selling car, I assumed there would be no problem with obtaining backup tools and parts. However, the service stated that they will try to obtain the parts from abroad, which could take more than a month. I urgently need my car, and I didn't anticipate this kind of issue, especially in a critical period like this. Turkey has faith in Japan, and I am frustrated with Toyota's inability to provide the necessary parts.
