Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid Parts Unavailable for 3 Months After Minor Accident

I purchased 2 Toyota Corolla Cross hybrid cars from Ortaköy Toyota Distributor. On September 26, 2023, I had a small accident where my car did not hit or crash into anyone or anything, but only passed over a high sidewalk with only my left front tire. On January 10, 2024, my car was towed to Toyotaplaza Kağıthane. Today is April 2, 2024. Maybe I will get the car by the end of April. It has been 3 months. The reason given is that the parts have been requested from Toyota in Japan. As I understand, they do not have in stock one piece from every part of a car. This will take 2 months to come from Japan 🤷♂️. Unbelievable. Finally, we want these two cars to be taken back from us. We do not want to drive a Toyota for the rest of our lives. Because waiting for 3 months for repairs due to a very small accident is unacceptable. Waiting for your reply.
