Toucheprive Delays Refund for Returned Order Since May 2025

I placed an order from Toucheprive.com with the order number 748006 and bought a pair of pants. In May 2025, I requested a return for this product and expected the price to be refunded to my card, but until now, the refund has not been made. I paid by card, and I am still waiting for the refund of the amount I paid for these pants. I kindly request that my return process be checked as soon as possible and that the refund for the product whose return I requested in May 2025 be made to my card without any further delay.
