Agoda Refused Refund After I Cancelled My Hotel Reservation

I made a hotel reservation through Agoda for Hotel By Karaaslan Inn in Kuşadası for the dates 13–15 November. Later I cancelled this reservation. After the cancellation, I was informed that the full amount, 112.5 USD, would still be charged and that no refund would be made. During the reservation and cancellation processes I did not see any clear warning or notice stating that the reservation was non-refundable or that the fee would not be refunded in case of cancellation. If such a condition existed, I would have expected it to be presented in a clear and understandable way before the purchase and during the cancellation. In addition, I was told that Agoda uses Etstur’s infrastructure, but when I contacted Etstur they said that they could not intervene in the matter. As a customer I find it extremely unfair and unreasonable that the service I did not receive is fully charged and that I am left between two companies this way. I request that the entire amount of 112.5 USD, which was collected for the reservation number 1792460799 for Hotel By Karaaslan Inn, be refunded to me as soon as possible and that this grievance be resolved.
