I Have Not Received My Refund From Touché Privé for 4 Months

On June 4, I made an online purchase worth ₺1511 through Touché Privé. I returned the product on June 10, and I was informed that it had been received by the company. However, even after nearly four months, my refund has still not been deposited into my account. During this time, I was only able to reach customer service once, and they told me that my return had been received but provided no information about when the payment would be made. All my later calls went unanswered. My order number is #792524, and I made the purchase from Tokat. I am requesting that my refund be deposited into my account as soon as possible.
