My Refund Was Not Deposited Into My Account by Touché Privé

On 19.04.2025, I returned 2 items from my 5-product order numbered #752616 to Touch Prive via Aras Cargo, and the return was shipped on 30.04.2025. According to the shipment information (tracking number: 5171990869131), the package was delivered to the brand on 02.05.2025. However, I have not received any refund. It has now been over a month, and despite calling customer service multiple times, I cannot get through—each time they say they are too busy to take calls. Touch Prive, what you are doing feels like outright fraud. I demand that my refund be processed and the return amount deposited to my account immediately.
