Free Fire Max Account Banned for 30 Days

I am a Free Fire India server player and my account with UID 10461393360 received a 30‑day ban starting around 1 November. After this ban I can no longer access and play the game properly. I admit that I previously used prohibited methods such as hacks or similar third‑party tools, and I understand that this is against the game’s rules. However, I regret this behavior and I want to state that I will not repeat it. I have already contacted support about this issue, but my access has still not been restored. I kindly request that my account with UID 10461393360 be reviewed once more and that the 30‑day ban be lifted if possible, or that I be given a final warning and one more chance. I am ready to follow all game rules from now on and I would like to continue playing fairly on the India server.
