I Returned My Touche Prive Order but Haven’t Received My Refund in 3 Months

I purchased a product from Touche Prive and returned it as per their instructions. It’s now been three full months, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve waited patiently, but I can no longer stay silent—this is completely unacceptable.

I’ve tried reaching customer service countless times. I call, wait on hold forever, and never get through to an actual person. Even their so-called live support feature doesn’t work—I can’t access it at all. There’s absolutely no way to speak with someone or get any information about my refund status.

This lack of communication and accountability is outrageous. I did my part by returning the product, and now I’m left chasing after money that Touche Prive owes me.
