Touché Privé Has Not Refunded Me for the Items I Returned on February 12

I’ve been waiting for my refund from Touché Privé for almost three months now, and this situation has escalated from frustrating to completely unacceptable. I sent back my items on February 12, and even though I followed all the proper procedures, I have yet to see my refund. What frustrates me the most is not only the delay, but also the sense of being intentionally overlooked and held back. Whenever I attempt to follow up, I receive unclear responses or no response whatsoever. It feels like they think it's acceptable to keep funds that aren't rightfully theirs. I no longer have any faith in this brand and will be sharing my experience with others to caution them. This is unacceptable treatment of customers.
