I bought a pair of Tommy shoes that I absolutely loved from the Boyner store in Akasya AVM, Ünalan, Istanbul. During the initial week, the stitching close to the big toe unravelled and split open. After the holiday break, I returned them to the store and they were sent for inspection. After 21 business days, the shoes finally arrived, but unfortunately, I wasn't notified about their arrival. I discovered this information from a friend and decided to visit the store. However, I was disappointed to learn that my claim was denied because of an error on my part.

Since my work schedule made it difficult for me to handle consumer courts, I decided to have the opened seams glued. Unfortunately, the same spots seem to come apart on every well-made shoe. We spend a significant amount of money on these products, but they are of very poor quality. I will never forgive them for this. Hey guys, I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this brand. Avoid spending your money unnecessarily.
