Hello, I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt from Eren Mağazacılık’s Super Step, and after just three washes, the print started to peel, and the fabric quality deteriorated noticeably. I sent the shirt in for inspection, hoping for a solution, but it was returned to me with the response that “nothing is wrong.” I’m attaching photos to show the condition—honestly, would anyone feel comfortable wearing this now? This isn’t the quality I expected from Tommy Hilfiger, and I’m extremely disappointed. I would like immediate assistance with either a replacement or a refund for this poorly performing product. Please address this issue promptly.
