Tommy Hilfiger Refund Denial Despite Product Defect

On April 8, 2024, I left my previously purchased coat at your Tommy Hilfiger Izmir Hilltown store for inspection due to issues. Today, when I visited, I was informed that the product had been examined and there was a manufacturing defect in the coat, so my return was accepted. When I requested a refund, store staff informed me that they could not issue a refund and that I should apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. They mentioned they would refund after a decision from there. I am quite surprised that a corporate and globally recognized company like Tommy would not refund me and instead tell me to go to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and refund me only if they approve. I find it hard to believe that your brand, which I have shopped with many times and enjoyed using your products, has such a policy. I request immediate clarification on this matter.
