Toluna Closed My Account and Withheld IKEA Gift Cards
I redeemed 17,665 points that I had accumulated over a long period of time on the Toluna survey platform for two IKEA gift cards worth $2 each. After submitting my request, my account was suspended, and when I tried to log in, I received an email stating that my account had been closed. I did not violate any rules or engage in suspicious activity. I have only one account and answered all surveys honestly and accurately.
After the suspension, I sent multiple emails to Toluna customer service but did not receive any response. Regarding the gift cards, I only received an email saying they were sorry, but the gift cards were never delivered to me. This situation has been ongoing for approximately 10 days, and my issue has not been resolved.
I request that my account (n***@gmail.com) be reinstated, that the two $2 IKEA gift cards I requested be delivered to me, and that my existing points be preserved.
