Toluna Suspended My Account Without Reason—Lost My Points & Rewards
I spent so much time and effort completing surveys on Toluna, yet my account was suddenly suspended without any explanation. I had unused Carrefour SA gift card codes, but Toluna never responded to my inquiries about them. I consistently participated in surveys, so I have no idea why this happened. Now, I can’t log in, my points are gone, and I can’t access my rewards. This is extremely frustrating—I put in the work, but Toluna just took everything away with no warning or justification. I demand my account to be reinstated or my rewards to be restored! Toluna, please fix this issue and provide proper support to your users. Has anyone else experienced this?
