Toluna Blocked My Account and Withheld My Reward Without Reason
I completed multiple Toluna surveys and successfully redeemed my first reward without any issues. However, when I tried to claim my second reward, they refused to send it—just like many others have complained.
Instead of addressing my concern, Toluna blocked my account without any valid explanation. Every time I reached out, they sent the same generic response, completely ignoring my request. Even my cancellation request was dismissed.
This company misleads users, takes advantage of their time and effort, and then refuses to pay out rewards. Toluna, stop wasting people’s time! I will share all my email exchanges so others don’t fall into the same trap. Has anyone else experienced this? I demand a resolution!
