I Can’t Redeem Amazon Gift Card Reward from My Toluna Account Despite Having Enough Points
Hello, I’m writing to express my frustration with Toluna’s rewards system. I currently have 52,300 points in my account, which is more than enough to redeem the Amazon gift card worth 25,500 points. However, every time I try to claim the reward, the system blocks me. A message appears preventing the redemption, and I’ve even attached a screenshot to prove it.
I contacted Toluna support immediately, but I haven’t received any helpful response. The replies were generic and didn’t address my specific issue. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort completing surveys to earn these points, and it’s extremely unfair that I’m now being denied my reward for no clear reason.
If your platform advertises redeemable rewards, then users should be able to claim them without hassle when they meet the requirements. I demand that Toluna fix this issue and allow me to redeem my Amazon gift card immediately. Otherwise, I will no longer trust or recommend this survey platform to anyone.
