Toluna Suspended My Account Without Reason—Lost My Points & Rewards
I spent so much time and effort completing surveys on Toluna, yet my account was suddenly suspended without any explanat...ion. I had unused Carrefour SA gift card codes, but Toluna never responded to my inquiries about them. I consistently participated in surveys, so I have no idea why this happened.
