Tod TV Subscription Overcharged - Cancellation Not Working





Today, I started a ₺279 subscription through the Tod TV mobile app, but instead of ₺279, a total of ₺2,232 was charged to my card. Although I want to cancel the subscription, I am facing issues both with this incorrect, excessively high charge and with the cancellation process itself. While trying to use the platform, I also experience frequent freezing and severely reduced video quality. Not only am I not receiving the service I paid for, but the platform also fails to deliver technically. On top of all this, I tried to contact Tod TV customer service but couldn’t reach anyone at all. There is no explanation for the overcharge, nor am I getting any support regarding the streaming issues. I request a full refund of the incorrect ₺2,232 charge made to my card today and the immediate cancellation of my subscription. I expect this process to be resolved quickly and transparently.
