Request For Cancellation And Renewal Of Tod TV Seasonal Membership
Yesterday, I purchased a TOD TV seasonal membership, which started at ₺289 per month for 12 installments (excluding Smart TV). However, today I received a message informing me that I can renew for only ₺229 (as shown in the attached image). I want to cancel and restart my subscription (preferably the boxed version), but I am unable to reach anyone for assistance.
I will persist in contacting all available channels, including X, email, and CIMER, to resolve this issue. I hope TOD TV will address this discrepancy in advertised prices and provide better customer support to ensure a smooth subscription experience.
