BEIN Sports Charged Me for Two Packages and I Can’t Reach Customer Service

I wanted to sign up for Tod TV, but there were errors in the system; it kept saying that the payment couldn’t be processed. Later, I noticed that the fees for two different packages were charged to my credit card at the same time. What’s worse is that I can’t reach customer service at all. The number they provide only connects to an automated robot, and I haven’t been able to reach a real person through their live support system. First, I tried to purchase a package for ₺2988 that included all the matches of the season, but after encountering an issue, I tried the ₺2268 package. In the end, both package fees were charged, and instead of paying in 12 installments as I selected, the entire amount was charged at once. I want one of the packages to be canceled and my money refunded.
