Tod TV Package Not Working With Constant Interruptions - No Support

I purchased a Tod TV package on 01.12.2025, but due to continuous interruptions, I could not watch the match program broadcast on the same day. I am using the service via the mobile application and web browser, and I was not able to benefit from the package I paid for as expected. I wanted to contact customer service regarding the interruptions and my cancellation request, but I could not reach anyone. There is no effective support through live support either, so I have been left without any solution despite my attempts to get help. Due to these problems, I request the cancellation of my Tod TV membership and a full refund of the fee I paid, as I could not use the service properly from the first day. If my grievance is not resolved and my cancellation and refund request is not fulfilled, I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and pursue my legal rights.
