TOD Tv Charged Me for Two Packages Due to Error and I Can’t Reach Customer Service

I wanted to sign up for Tod, but the system had errors, constantly telling me that the payment couldn’t be processed. Later, I realized that the fees for two different packages had been charged to my credit card at the same time. What’s worse, I can't reach customer service at all. The number they provided only connects to an automated robot, and I haven't been able to get through to a real person using the live support on their system. I first tried to buy a package for ₺2988, which included all the season’s matches, but after encountering an issue, I tried the ₺2268 package. In the end, both packages were charged, and instead of paying in 12 installments as I selected, the full amount was taken in one go. I want one of the packages canceled and a refund issued.
