We’ve purchased multiple games on Toca Boca and were also using the free ones regularly. However, after an issue with the app, we deleted and reinstalled it—only to find out that none of the free games are accessible anymore. I’ve tried everything since early this morning, and nothing has worked.
This has caused a major meltdown at home—my child cried nonstop because they can’t access their favorite games. I’m emotionally exhausted from trying to fix this. Either restore access to the free content we had or let us buy it properly if that’s the only option—but at the moment, even that doesn’t work.
Toca Boca team, please resolve this immediately. We are desperate and feel completely helpless. This shouldn’t be happening with a children’s app.
