I’m extremely frustrated with the Toca Boca app. I paid for the full version and purchased additional content, but the game keeps resetting itself without warning. All of our progress and unlocked items are wiped out—this has happened more than once, and it’s beyond frustrating.
We’ve spent time and effort setting up everything in the game only for it to be erased without our knowledge or permission. This issue is not only annoying but also unacceptable, especially for a paid product that’s supposed to provide a stable experience.
Toca Boca needs to fix this reset bug immediately. I paid good money, and I expect the game to work properly. Please restore the purchases and prevent further resets. This is causing serious disappointment.
