Tineco Hero 11 Vacuum Issue – Poor Service

I purchased a Tineco Hero 11 Pro vacuum from Vatan Bilgisayar with a 2-year warranty and recommended it to everyone. However, after 20 months, while still under warranty, the connection between the tube and the main body started coming apart while in use.
I contacted Tineco support, and they told me to send it through Vatan Bilgisayar for a warranty review. I also reported a loss of suction power. After a few days, I was told to pick up my vacuum, only to find out that the issue was considered out of warranty, and I was given a link to buy spare parts instead of an actual repair solution.
Am I supposed to fix it myself? How am I, as a regular user, expected to disassemble and repair a vacuum on my own? If I wanted to struggle with repairs, I would have bought another brand like Bosch or Fakir instead.

I bought the part from the site they directed me to and installed it, but this time the brush roll on the vacuum head is not spinning and the light is not on. I sent it back to the service via Vatan Computer. I received a message today and went happily, but again disappointment. It returned in the same condition. Vatan Computer officials witnessed the situation. I sent it back to the service via Vatan without accepting it. Let's see if this time a brave person will return to me saying here are the solution options for the fault X reason. I am waiting for a response from you for a solution, Tineco.

Tineco is a regret. We got it from Vatan again after it came from service. The same head roller is not rotating and the light is not on. They are telling me to buy a head. They did not answer the question in the email whether it is resolved when you buy it. They also mentioned the pipe and head. I guess there is no pipe, they did not send me a pipe link. They only bothered to create a special head sales page for me. I hope it gets fixed when I buy the head. Who knows if it's under warranty. It's like a joke, I'm buying the vacuum cleaner piece by piece from the beginning. Moreover, the product we had a two-year warranty on.

I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and I'm waiting for the result. The vacuum cleaner is also sitting idle on the side, waiting for the result.
