I Can’t Get My Tineco iFLOOR3 to Work at All
I purchased the Tineco iFLOOR3 with high expectations, but it has been a huge letdown. The device only runs for 5 seconds, then gives an error and shuts off completely. I’ve cleaned every part, made sure everything is dry, and followed every single troubleshooting step I could find—nothing works. It’s been months now, and the vacuum remains completely unusable.
What’s worse is that I can’t get in touch with any support team in Turkey. There seems to be no official service center, no one to contact, and no repair option listed anywhere. I’ve tried every possible solution, but the machine just refuses to operate.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend so much—₺ worth—and end up with a device that fails without explanation. I need someone from Tineco to respond, provide support, and offer either a fix, replacement, or refund.
I shouldn’t have to go through this much stress for a product that’s meant to make life easier. If Tineco intends to sell in this market, they should establish proper customer service channels. This issue must be resolved immediately.
