My Tineco wet–dry vacuum broke down. On Friday, August 29, I shipped the vacuum to Uniq Technical Service. They have not repaired it for 2.5 months. They said a part needed to be replaced. We sent the required payment, and then they claimed the part had not arrived. On November 5, I finally requested a refund and asked them to return my vacuum. The vacuum arrived back to me on November 14 — meaning they did not ship it immediately. They have not issued my refund. I was unable to speak with anyone in authority. The person answering their WhatsApp line responded rudely even though they were clearly at fault. When I said, “If you’re not going to repair it, then send my vacuum back,” they replied, “The device will be shipped when it is ready for return.” It arrived 9 days later, and they still did not refund my money.
Absolutely do not send any of your machines to Uniq Technical Service.
