I’ve been locked out of my TikTok account for over a week, and I’m beyond frustrated. Someone has changed both the email address and phone number linked to my account without my authorization. As a result, I can no longer log in or use any recovery methods since all account recovery options now point to someone else’s contact info.
I have tried multiple times to get in touch with TikTok’s support team, but I haven’t received a single response. I find it unacceptable that a platform of this size doesn’t offer a clear or effective way to regain access to a hacked account. This is a serious security issue, and TikTok needs to treat it as such.
I urgently request that TikTok restore access to my account by verifying my identity and reverting the email and phone number changes. Your platform must do better at protecting user accounts and offering real-time support when breaches occur. Please act now—I just want access to my account back.
