My TikTok Account Was Hacked and Taken Over — Need Help Recovering Access
My TikTok account “user01340044068” has been hacked for about a week now. I can’t log in because my passwords were changed, and all my personal information was deleted and replaced with someone else’s. There were no payment methods or personal data saved on my account.
During this process, I wasn’t able to contact TikTok customer service because all of my login information had been changed, making it impossible to verify my identity. I tried to recover the account through email and phone number reset options, but none of those methods worked.
I expect TikTok to start an investigation and restore my account to me as soon as possible. I kindly ask for assistance in resolving this issue and addressing the inconvenience I’ve experienced.
