TikTok Support Refuses to Recover My Hacked Account

I haven’t been able to log into my TikTok account with the username @mervay for about a month. Even though I enter my password correctly, the email address linked to my account has been changed, so I’m unable to receive a verification code. There is no phone number or additional contact information connected to my account either.

During this process, I submitted a support request through TikTok’s Help Center, but I keep receiving automatic replies saying that my contact information is incorrect, and my problem is not being resolved. I suspect that my account was hacked because my email was changed without my permission.

My primary request is to receive a new link so that I can regain access to my account. If this is not possible, I want my account to be permanently closed. If my issue is not urgently resolved, I would like to state that I will pursue legal action.
