I recently purchased tickets for two through Tickets.com.tr. However, a mere two to three hours later, the ticket prices suddenly shot up, and I received an email insisting on an additional payment. The message claimed I had time to make this extra payment. But why should I pay more when the ticket is even cheaper on their own website (Pegasus)?
To add insult to injury, the ticket price increased after my initial purchase. What kind of risk is this, demanding additional payments that the company should bear themselves? It's an outright scandal. Moreover, there's no option for online cancellations.
They set a deadline for the additional payment but failed to explain the consequences if it expires. Is this extra fee arbitrary, or will the ticket be canceled? The PNR they provided is invalid on the Pegasus website; there's no ticket.
I refuse to make an additional payment and demand a refund. However, there's no response to their emails, and the website remains unhelpful. When I call, I'm connected internationally, told about extensive waiting times, but no one picks up despite minutes of waiting.
Due to my suspicions about the company's security, I've reported a suspicious activity alert to my bank. I urgently await the immediate refund of the ticket.
