I Paid Twice to Change My Pegasus Flight But It Wasn’t Updated or Confirmed

I tried to change my Pegasus Airlines flight through their online system. Everything appeared to work normally — I was shown the price difference, approved the total, and proceeded with the transaction. Despite receiving confirmation that the additional fee was charged not once, but twice, my flight was never updated.

I called Pegasus customer service and spoke with two different representatives at different times. Both told me there was no known issue in the system, yet neither could process the flight change manually either. This makes no sense. If there's no technical error, then why is the change not going through even on their end?

I’ve attached screenshots showing the error I received after payment. This situation is extremely frustrating. I paid the required amount twice, and still, my flight remains unchanged. Pegasus must resolve this immediately and either update my booking as requested or fully refund both extra charges. I expect someone to contact me directly and fix this problem without further delays.
